Virtually every supermarket!. The cheaper supermarkets like Asda and Tescos are generally the cheapest for these too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I often find the best tofu is always from asian supermarkets/markets!. have a look to see if there is a chinatown like area near you because it is very likely you will find places there with good tofu for extremely good prices!. I'm not keen on Quorn, but that is easily found in most supermarkets in the refridgerated shelves usually!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most supermarkets sell Quorn products - mince, chicken style, burgers, sausages etc!. Usually frozen but some fresh!.

Tofu can be found in wholefood shops like Holland and Barrett, and similar local health food shops!. also, Chinese and Indian shops usually sell it, as bean curd!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
