Answers:
Pescetarian is not really a word or a diet!. Just go vegetarian or vegan, fish are full of mercury and contiubte nothing good to your health!.
Foods:
Fruits, vegetables, nuts (almonds cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, etc), beans (black, pinto, baked, kidney, etc), seeds (flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, hemp, etc), soy products (tofu, TVP, tempeh, fortified soy milk, miso, etc!.) pulses, whole grains, quinoa, seiten, nutritional yeast, cereals, chickpea, seaweed, lentils, & vegetable, hemp, and flaxseed oils!. Dairy & meat substitutes are optional but sometimes good to include!.

Pescetarian just means eating fish/seafood or mostly fish/seafood as opposed to land based animal foods!. Look for fish/seafood recipes on the Internet!. The recommended
"dose" is to eat fish and sea food is AT LEAST 2 to 3 times a week!. the preferred cooking method is poached, steamed or grilled!. If you must fry, use as little oil as possible!. Fish cooks rather quickly so it does not need a lot of oil!.
So you want to be a pescetarian but you don't know much about it!.!. just wondering what made you want to be something of which you know very little!.!. is it just because of the label!? "Hey I want to be a lawyer!!! By the way, what's a lawyer anyway!?" Sounds familiar!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
