Is it okay to make juice the night before consumption?!

Question: Is it okay to make juice the night before consumption!?
Each morning I try to blend and drink the juice of a lemon, celery and a tomato!. The thing is, I wake up at about 5 or 6 am so I am getting complaints by my neighbor that my juicer is too loud!.

So!.!. I was thinking about preparing the juice before I go to sleep, refrigerating and then drinking in the morning!.

But I am concerned that leaving a juice this long will reduce the medicinal properties of the fresh ingredients and/or be unhealthy!.
Any expert help!? Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

How long do you think V8 Juice sits around before you drink it!? One night in the fridge isn't going to harm your homemade juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are juicing late evening/night, and you get up early, it will be fine!. Put it in the fridge, though!. I'm a fiend about fresh juice and I learned it's more pasteurization that keeps us from getting the nutrients, so a few hours in the fridge won't hurt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's OK!. It isn't unhealthy, just not as healthy as it could be!. But the juice loses nutrients the longer it sits!. Get an Omega or a Champion juicer!. They're much quieterWww@FoodAQ@Com
