I would stick to non-silken tofu for the grill, personally!. When it comes to silken I usually toss it in a smoothie, or make mock-egg salad!.
Mock-Egg salad:
1 package silken tofu (firm is ideal)
bit of veganaise (just a few teaspoons at most)
mustard
onion or onion powder
garlic powder
chopped sweet or dill pickles (relish works too)
sometimes I toss in some minced up celery!.
Mash the tofu with a fork, mix in everything else to taste, and eat it on bread, or big lettuce leaves!.
As far as it being under 200 calories, not much is going to fit the bill!. Eat the salad on a lettuce leaf and only use a couple of Tablespoons of it!. Add more celery!. Or eat a normal sized meal on go on a few mile long bike ride!. :)
If you use it in a smoothie, blend the tofu with water (or green tea) until it's smooth and add in fruit, then pulse til it's a smooth or chunky as you like it!. If you aren't counting calories, blend the tofu with juice or soymilk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Be very careful where any unfermented soy product is concerned and only eat very small amounts!. It is probably best to keep clear of soy milk altogether!. The Australian Cancer Society has issued a warning to all people currently being treated for breast cancer or prostate concer not to eat any soy products at all, as the phyto hormones in soy can drive the tumours to grow faster than the drugs can kill them!. They have also advised any women who have survived breast cancer not to consume soy at all as the components in soy that drive tumour growth can also cause the tumour in the first place!. Unfermented soy products also contain 3 of the most potent, naturally occurring known carcinogens!. However, the pro soy lobby in the USA has huge political clout, something like the tobacco industry in the 60's, when tobacco was being promoted as good for you with endorsements from doctors!. I think silken tofu is NOT GOOD for stir fries and other main dishes, but is primarily for desserts and situations where you want to blend it to make it creamy!. It's too watery!. I used it once for scrambled tofu and found it gross!. I prefer extra firm water pack tofu for those things!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
