Light Life has a variety of different lunch "meats"!. I have tried the turkey, bologna and Canadian bacon!.
If I were you, I would try try all of them!.!.!.but the Canadian bacon in particular!. You can get a nice crusty bakery roll, fresh vegetables, soy or regular cheese, and put them together with the "meat"!. Nayonaise is a nice touch, but you could use any condiment that you want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Go to "Soul Vegetarian" and get the Veggie Ham from there!. Or search around for other veggie hams!. There are plenty of them out there!.
For non-dairy cheese, look for Tofu based cheeses!.
For non-dairy bread, you can find items called "Egg Substitutes" or "Sub Eggs" etc!. and make breads, especially cornbreads, that are totally dairy free!.
Just remember your body needs some dairy products unless you are lactose intolerant - milk and cheese are the best sources of that - otherwise you need to be under the strict care of a dietician that prescribe the right medication for what your body will be deficient in!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
