Healthy vegetarian diet suggestions?!


Question: Healthy vegetarian diet suggestions!?
hi!. i want to loose a few pounds for horse back riding and other sports so i can be more in shape!. i have already been a vegetarian for a while for ethical reasons!. i have like five or ten lbs to loose!. what are the good foods and bad foods!?

PS: if possible, id rather have a good varetiy in my diet than just all fruits and veggies!. thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bananas are good to prevent muscle ache in case you decide to work out; eat less sweets, chips, and other things that fall into the snack category!. Watermelon is good to fill cravings!. From watching "The View" an early morning show a single serving consist of a portion no bigger than the size of your fist; it is similar to counting calories and using the food pyramid!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just go with low calories, low carb (good ones), and exercise well!. Don't eat anything sugary, lots of sodium, and fats!. Those are very important to look out for!. also, eat some vegetarian food and they'll help you get in shape, plus, they're healthier than those disgusting meats!. I've been a vegetarian for about 3 years now!. Ask me about anything for a vegetarian stuff!. One thing I've notice, the vegetarians are increasing even more every year!. I don't know how many; however, we'll be able to save more animals' lives!. Plus, we'll be able to reduce the global warming!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get a lot of your protein from tofu, beans, and skim milk!. They're all low-fat/cal and beans have that fiber to help you lose weight!. Switch to whole grains/high fiber carbs if you haven't already (instead of white bread/white pasta)!.
Cut down on oily, creamy, or cheesy sauces!. Eat more veggies and fruits!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Shape!.com has wonderful meals there for every person's situation!. I also went to the idiot's diet!.com and you can have a meal plan for 11 days in which you will loose 9 lbs!. I tried it and it really works!. The only thing is to add more protein to the meal plan, i!.e!. baked chicken and wheat thins!. If you don't you will be tired!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

some fried chicken!. and some hamburgers!. how about a nice juicy steak!!!! yummy sounds good!. or if you dont like taht try some pork or turkey!. sounds like some good things to eat to me :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
