Why Vegetarian/pescetarian/ve... are good?!
I need to write an essay that explains why is not good to eat meat, besides the cruelty of animals!.!. im talking more about "healthy wise"!.!. for example: not being properly digested, hormones, etc!.!.!. but i need details though
and what would you answer to this question someone asked: "but what if they kill the animals and a non-painful way!?" i said "it's still not good for our healthy" i didn't know what else to say :S but it would be a great point to add in the essay!.

One answer is that, even if animals are killed in a non-painful way, it is still humans deciding to end the life of a sentient creature simply because they like the taste!.
Animal protein consumption is implicated in cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, etc!. etc!.
Factory farming is incredibly detrimental to the environment!.
Finally, as long as we continue to eat animals we will view them as objects that are on the planet for our pleasure, as opposed to subjects that are on the planet for reasons entirely unrelated to us!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
