Vegans eating at regular restaurants?!

Question: Vegans eating at regular restaurants!?
i don't really consider myself "vegan," but i don't knowingly eat any meat, seafood, dairy, or eggs!. I only buy food at the grocery store that do not contain these items, but when I go to restaurants it's kind of a different story!. For example, if I order something like a black bean burger, I don't ask what is in the roll or bread it's on, but I eat it anyway!. Criticize me all u want, but that's the way it is!.

My question is - what chain restaurants (places non vegans go to) are easiest to find food at!? I know Chili's has a black bean burger that's really good!.!.!. and some places have veggie wraps and the like, but what else!? I absolutely loathe salads!. The more specific, the better!. Thanks!!! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I usually go for some kind of vegetarian pasta, minus the cheese!. I know there's a slight possibility that there's eggs/dairy in it, as the occasional pasta has eggs/dairy, but most of the time it doesn't!.
Last time I ordered a veggie burger I didn't ask if it had eggs/dairy (it said it was made out of legumes and soy, so I just assumed that it didn't)!. And I don't think that veggie burger patties have animal products, do they!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm the same way!. I don't think it's a good idea to grill waiters about micro-ingredients in veg foods (like a tiny bit of a dairy product in the bun of a veggie burger)!. This makes sticking to a vegetarian diet seem difficult, and it can make restaurants less inclined to offer vegetarian options (which hurts animals)!.

Anyway, these sites have guides to vegan options at restaurant chains:

I hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most chain restaurants should have something vegan!. Rather than trying to figure it out yourself, just ask the waitress what is vegan!. She'll name a few things and you can pick!. Simple!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
