No, they are not bad too eat!. They are delicious!. Specially in the summer time as they are very cooling!.
Do you have any allergies!? If not then you are fine!.
Here's a neat trick!. Peel the cucumber!. Cause' the skin can be very tough and alittle hard to chew!. In some places they still use alittle parafin wax, which won't hurt ya!. Could even be sprayed, I don't know!.
Otherwise, most people leave that on, cause it is good for fiber!.
Got it peeled!? Good!. Cut it in half!. Great!. Straight up and down in the middle, and now you have to halfs!.
Cut through each half horizontally!. See the seeds!? You can take a teaspoon down the middle, and it will gut it just like that!. Just push it in, and then down right to the end!.
Now you don't have those hard seeds to worry about and, and you can fill that whole section with whatever you would like!.
They are even more cooling with vinegar, maybe alittle sugar!. Cut them up that way to make a salad!.
They are Great cut up with alittle sour cream and dill weed!
They are So Cooling!. If you're eyes burn, slice them and put the slices on you're eyes!.
Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I always put cucumbers in my salads!. I prefer the small pickling ones and the big English ones, both of which can be eaten with the skin on!.
I like to cut them into lengthwise segments rather than rounds, which is the usual way they are presented!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
