You're really limiting yourself with no bread and oats!.
When you say "no milks," do you mean no soy milk!?
If you do, then you're really really limiting yourself!.
But you can always add fruit to your breakfast, you can make some tofu scramble, or you can make pancakes with blueberries and a banana on the side!.
You can buy some granola cereal and sprinkle some into Silk Yogurt (no milk or gelatin)!. Or you can add some fortified soy milk to the cereal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

every morning for breakfast, i slice a banana in half the long way, put some fat free vanilla or plain yogurt on top, and sprinkle blueberries and sliced strawberries on top!. if by "no milks" you mean all dairy products, i'm sure you could find some dairy-less yogurt out there somewhere!. good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
