What are you eating for breakfast!? You really do need to eat a good balanced breakfast!. You seem to be eating okay!. You need to add more food and nutrients into your eating!.
Like some fruits, more vegetables especially green and leafy, beans (black, pinto, baked, kidney, etc) and lentils, seeds (flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, hemp, etc), whole grains, add quinoa!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
