I need help thinkin of a vegtarian recipe.!


Question: I need help thinkin of a vegtarian recipe!.
im havin company over and one of them is vegatarian ( no eggs thou, cheese is ok) i know he likes tofu, but i don't know how to cook tofu or what to cook with it!. i need something that is easy or doesn't require me to spend too much time in the kitchen as we will be watching a few movies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you like japeneese make spring rolls from scratch-

fill a pan with vegetable oil !.
gat a can of mixed veges
and tortias
put the pan on the stove and put on med!.
put the mixed veges in the tortias and roll 'em up
put them in the pan of veg!. oil and wait till goldenWww@FoodAQ@Com

well if you were planning on having a cookout you could cook him veggie burgers/hot dogs

one of my favorite foods are hummus sandwhiches!. Any type of bread like focacia or tomato basil!. Spread hummus, with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, any other vegetables!. It tastes really delicious with cilantro!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Saute up some onions, mushrooms, zucchinni, tomatoes!. Boil up some fresh, cheese filled tortellini, toss all together and pour a prpared packet of Knorr, Parma Rosa sauce over all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can make a salad with tomato's, mozzarella cheese, basil foccatia bread and some vinaigrette dressing use beef stake tomato's they are bigger and work well with the salad its one of my faves Www@FoodAQ@Com
