You can add more fruit of your choice, or a different kind of plant milk, your choice of soy or hemp protien powder, or silken tofu, or nut butter like peanut butter, or nuts to these to make higher in protien!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I get soy protein from Walmart and some plain yogurt, then add thawed frozen berries!. I like the strawberries best, and maybe throw in a banana!. It's not vegan, but it's good!. Maybe for a vegan alternative mix soy milk instead of the yogurt in with it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I really like the Kashi brand because it thickens and it feels more filling!. It has the best taste I've come across!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
