Need a really good fruit smoothie recipe!
i need a quick and easy vegan fruit smoothie!. i would like it to be so full of protien and stuff i wont have to eat lunch, because i dont care to take my lunch to school!. i dont mind sticking spinich or something in there as long as it doesnt taste

1/2 lb!. of silken tofu
whole banana
handful of strawberries
1tablespoon of honey (unless vegans don't use honey; I'm not sure, so use your sweetener of choice)
1/2 cup or so of soy milk (or other non-dairy milk)
Blend until smooth!. I often even add a scoop of protein powder, too!.
An alternative: Lose the strawberries and add peanut butter or almond butter, and add a little more soy milk if you need to for smoothness!.
You can also use any fruit that blends smoothly!.

Perfect for dieting, or leave out whey powder and add ice cream for a delicious smoothy drink!.
Makes about 3-5 cups!.

using a high-protein soy drink as the liquid base, add your favorite fruit combination, some ice cubes if you like, & and put it in the blender!. i don't know if there would be enough protein in that to not need lunch, but you could add protein powder to it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
My husband freezes fruit and thinks this is the basis for all smoothies!. I like yoghurt and artificial sweetener too!. You could get wheat germ in it!. But I don't know about feeling full all day!. You need a more complex carb and some protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

and a lot of ice in a blender, and blend it,
