Answers:
You can be in top physical condition as an omnivore, vegetarian or on a vegan diet!.

You need to eat a balanced diet no matter what label is slapped on you!.

The only reason to go vegan and stay that way is to avoid contributing to any of this:

They are high in cholesterol!. Eggs that is!. Vegan is a lifestyle choice that is difficult!. I would recommend trying vegetarianism and then attempting veganism!. Cutting out eggs, cheese, milk etc is very time consuming!. True veganism stays away from all animal products and by products!. That means no leather, only certain shampoos etc!. You also have to be very careful that you are getting a balanced diet still!. Many people who switch to vegetarianism start to eat a lot of pasta!. Try to avoid that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

japanese eat sea food a lot and they are one of the most healthiest nations in the world!. I guess it all matters how much and which fat do you eat!.

I think veganism will give you the same healthy life as vegetarianism, except that you need to eat lots of other things to get calcium, vitamin B12, omega 3 fats, iodine and vitamin D!. dont worry about proteins cause they are EVERYWHERE, however those things, especially B12 are important cause they can cause health issues like anemia or degeneration of nerve fibres!. you get vitamin D when you expose your skin on the sun, omega 3 fat thing is found in eggs, flax and some other foods!. they put iodine together with salt, so then look for salt with iodine!.

there is no vegan culture in the world (I think so)!. most of them are omnivores, while some cultures are vegetarian like indians and some tribes in south america, or piscetarian like some cultures that live on islands (there's not much land for agriculture)!. vegan diet can be healthy if its done properly with supplements!. when doing some research I find vegan diet impossible as a healthy diet without supplements and fortified foods!.

if you are worried about issues connected with cows, then buy dairy from sheeps or goats!. sheeps and goats dont pollute air and water like cows do and they eat lots of different things, so farmers can save a lot of food and water!. many organizations donate goats to poor farmers cause they are easy to maintain!. they will eat leaves a lot, unlike cows that needs lots of grain and maize and goats wont drink lots of water, so they are good for hot, tropical areas where water supply is a problem!.

I dont like the idea of enslaving animals for any kind of food!. its that humans still need some stuff that are only available in dairy products, so I switched to goat milk and cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A vegetarian and vegan diet are pretty much the same thing except that as a vegetarian eating eggs, dairy, and honey isn't a point of contention and is left as a subjective choice to the individual!. As a vegan you don't!.

I could also bring up the clothing, makeup, cleaning products, gardening issues, along with more issues!. But since your only coming from the point of food consumption will keep to that point alone!.

Both do require that you make lifestyle changes!.

As to eggs, do the research on it!. See if it creates any problems for you!. If your not sure about it, then talk to your doctor!. They know more than I or anyone else on this area does and if they don't, know at least where to send you to for the answers that is going to be best for you!.

The advantages one over the other is within the eye of the beholder!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Any sensible diet is better than one filled with junk!. Veganism is more a statement than a diet!. Just like most any other food eggs are not bad in moderation!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
