I am trying not to eat as much meat!!
i am not wanting to become a vegitarian i am only 13 and i still want to have muscle any ideas on how to get like protein and muscle without eating that much meat!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Breakfast should be larger than dinner and lunch, since breakfast starts the day and gives you energy and nutrition!.
Good breakfast foods should contain Vitamin C and flavor to boost your day:
- Large helpings of cereal for energy, whole wheat and a healthy way to start the day!. Cheerios is a good choice!.
- Mini bagels, keep to a small number
- Milk or orange juice - vitamin C
- Hot dogs are okay on occasion but don't overdo it
- Homemade sandwich!. (Lettuce, 2 pieces of whole wheat/raisin/white/nuts bread, 2 tomato slices, a small helping of mayo) 2 sanwiches should cut it along with a bowl of cereal and half a hot dog!.
Note: Drink at least two glasses of water and half a glass of milk/orange juice!.
Don't eat sweets for breakfast!.
Good lunch foods:
- Sandwich (see above)
- Pizza from Pizza Hut/Dominos/Papa John's!. Don't order much and eat only a bit!.
- Juice is good, but water is recommended!. Note: Don't drink too much juice!. Your body needs water!. If you only like juice/soda then dilute it!. I suggest giving yourself soda only rarely since it packs a lot of sugar!. Never drink soda at night unless you want to stay awake!.
- Spaghetti is good!. Eat with salad!. (potato or fruit (recommended!.))

- One hamburger from Burger King !.!. do you know how much calories that is!?!
- Water/diluted soda/ small helping of juice

LOL, muscle comes from protein!.!.!.!.and that does not have to come from meat!. Nuts, milk, soy milk, cheese, yogurt, all beans, and more! You can also buy protein powder!. I love that stuff!. I mix it in with frozen strawberries, a banana, yogurt, orange juice, and milk!. It is very tasty! Www@FoodAQ@Com
if you eat meat, just a little, it would be enouf protien, people put to much stress on proien but if you are sure you need more protien try morning star they have chicen nuggets, corn dogs and all that fatty suff in vegitarian form !.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am a 12 year old vegetarian, and I have been one since I was 4!. To get protein, you can eat cheese, peanut butter, whole grains, veggies, beans, soy, legumes, seeds and nuts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
you can try protein shakes but too much protein is bad for you too so monitor your intake!. also fish and chicken have a lot of proteinWww@FoodAQ@Com
