Question: Does anyone have the recipe for Chocolate Hazelnut Mocha Mousse from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World!?
Answers:
Mocha Hazelnut Mousse Filling

6 oz extra-firm silken tofu (half a package of the aseptic kind)
2 Tbsp plain soy milk
1 Tbsp agave nectar or pure maple syrup
4 tsp instant espresso powder
2 tsp hazelnut liqueur
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 oz semisweet chocolat, chopped OR 2/3 c semisweet chocolate chips

Crumble the tofu into a blender!. Add soy milk, agave nectar or maple syrup, espresso powdeer, hazelnut liqueur and vanilla!. Puree until completely smooth!. Set aside!.

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips!. Use a rubber spatula to mix the chocolate as it melts!. Once melted, remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally!.

Add the chocolate to the tofu mixture and blend until combined, using the spatula to scrape down the sides of the blender when needed!.

Transfer mousse to an airtight container and chill for an hour to firm!. Remove from fridge 10 minutes before you are ready to use!. Stir with a fork if it's too firm to work with!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
