I am relieved that you want to GAIN weight!. Most on here act like they are fat when they are anorexic! How old are you!? If you are under 15, it could be that you are still growing!. I was very skinny until about 16!. Just based on your height and weight, you don't seem to be underweight too much!. I would leave well enough alone!. Are you feeling pressure from others around you!? Some people (especially in cultures where it's considered attractive to be "thick") will try to make you feel bad if you are naturally thin and they are curvy, but it is better to be a little underweight than to have to lose weight! If you want to gain weight then try eating a lot of meat, fruits and vegetables so you gain healthy weight!. Eat mostly meat since the protein will buff you up since skinny people have little muscle on their bone!.
There is also a protein milkshake you can get from GM that is like 1000 calories a serving that will pump you up big time!. My cousin is taking that since he doesn't eat very much because there is nothing at the house to eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

depends on how much of it you, and how much of everything else you eat during the day!. I would just eat as much as possible all day!. Make sure you get lots of good for you foods in too, just because you are skinny doesn't mean you don't need your nutrients!. also why not try some of the high fat shakes you can buy to up your caloric intake!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

It all depends on CALORIES!. If you are trying to gain weight, you can eat alot at night!. There's a lot of food that will do the trick!. Eat throughout the day and you'll gain!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
