Answers:
please don't do it for vanity or to be cool or be clean/sophisticated and whatever else!.

Your health should be the number one priority!. you are not going to care for all the "feel good' reasons for being a vegetarian if you lose your health

If you are serious about changing your diet patterns for good, then you really need to consult a physician for a nutritionist referral!.

It depends on what kind of vegetarian you would like to be!. The most common form of vegetarianism is where you don't eat meat like chickens, cows, turkeys ect!. Some vegetarians also don't eat eggs, milk and any other products that come from an animal!. They are considered vegans!. Even though this sounds "kiddish" what I would do is go and buy a cheap beginner vegetarian recipe book!. Some of my favorite recipes are Vegetarian Goulash, Eggplant Parmesan and Vegetarian Tacos!. Good luck being a vegetarian!

Ps!. some foods that are good sources of protein for you to eat are soynuts, peanut butter, lentils, lots of beans and pretty much any kind of nutWww@FoodAQ@Com

you eat what you want to eat :D!. don't become vegetarian for image!. but if you do decide whether your going to give up red meats and still eat white meats like fish and chicken or give up all meats!. i can remember when i first stopped eating meat it gave my stomach a rough time i don't know if its the same for everyone but be prepared if you do become a vegetarian!. Qourn is very tasty and full of protien if your coming away from eating meats i guess Quorn is kinda of an easier way of weening yourself off meats as they taste similar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

morningstar products rock, i like everything they have except the chicken patties!. you can eat anything besides meatWww@FoodAQ@Com
