A vegan doesn't eat anything that is even from an animal- including milk!. They are completely animal-free!. This includes clothes made from leather or other animal furs!. Vegetarians can be more flexible- some eat fish only, some eat chicken, and many eat eggs and dairy!. I think you can tweak your diet to your lifestyle!. What everyone else said, but FYI a lot of times non-meat animal by-products will still contain bits of animals killed specifically for the food!. Sour cream especially you have to watch out for, it can contain animal parts like crushed bone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
