Yes, there is a fruit making the chic foodie rounds that they are calling Miracle Fruit!. Eating just a tiny slice of this fruit will turn anything sour that you eat in the next two to four hours into something sweet!. For example, fresh, raw lemon tastes like sweetened lemonade!.

Much research was done into using this fruit in sugar-free foods in the 60's, but it was abandoned for something manufactured that could be trademarked (and, gives you cancer!)
