Animal sources are the only complete proteins!. All plant proteins lack methione, an essential amino acid!.

Edit: Rohak, on the protein quality scale milk is ranked only below eggs for bioavailability!. I don't know where you get the idea that it is a poor source!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Beans, nuts, and soy products!. Dairy does have some, but it's not considered a high source!. Seafood of course does have a lot of protein, but it is essentially fish meat, so if you're a vegetarian it may not be the right choice for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Almost everything has some protein in it, but some things are higher then others, like: eggs, dairy, nuts, seeds, beans, peas, and whole grains!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

nuts, beans, eggs, and fish (if you decide to eat) are the easiest
