Which spices work best on a plate of sautéed mixed vegetables?!

Question: Which spices work best on a plate of sautéed mixed vegetables!?
Answers:
Depends on what the vegetables are, generally cilantro, paprika, basil, thyme, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper, garlic, onion, nutmeg, saffron, turmeric, vanilla, curry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My absolute favorite "spice" is garlic salt!. Sautee 'em in olive oil with a handful of garlic salt and you have the most amazing veggies ever!
But given that garlic salt is awful for you, or at least should be eaten in moderation, I would recommend basil or dill!. Basil, dill, and parsley together make pretty good mushrooms, thought the combination probably would be less than delicious on something like peas!.
I guess what I'm saying is that it really depends on your tastes!. Spiciness, types of vegetables, how you're sauteeing them-- these things all determine what you'll want!. My favorite way to decide is to sample various spices and experiment with different combinations, but if you don't want to risk that then you can always get out your handy dandy cookbook for recommendations!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think the sky is the limit here!. It depends on what flavor you're going for!. But, really, you want to season them as you're sauteing them!.

But here's my idea, although I do it on steamed carrots: Try mixing some lemon juice, some flax oil, and a dribble of agave nectar!. Pour it over the veggies, mix well, and then sprinkle with rosemary!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can be classical and use Soy sauce!. I enjoy putting peanut butter into my vegetables while cooking them!. It tastes so good and easy to do!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Salt, pepper, garlic!. Pretty much any spices that you like are the best one for you to use!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

salt and pepper!. the simplest spices are the best
