Is soy milk bad for a guy?!
Since it has estrogen in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
It doesn't have nearly as much estrogen as cows' milk, and it's a weaker phytoestrogen!. The artifiical hormones given to cows to increase production have been linked to increased incidences of cancer!.
But if you really are worried, try rice milk, almond milk, or oat milk instead!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There may be an issue with soy and sperm count!. However, there doesn't seem to be any issue with soy and virility, so it's only going to matter when you try for a child!. Even then, obesity seems to be a bigger factor in declining sperm count than soy consumption (soy is a staple in Asia, and they seem to have no real problem reproducing over there!)!. If you stay in reasonable shape, soy consumption isn't going to be an issue!. If you don't stay in reasonable shape, soy consumption isn't your problem!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
No!. Someone told me once that the amount of estrogen you can get from soy would be close to the amount of estrogen you absorb in a roomful of "horny" women!.
China has a population of over 1 billion yet they consume a lot fo soy!. Their men obviously have not lost their virilty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!. Dairy milk is though, not only for a guy but for everyone and has more hormones than soy!. But if you don't want to drink soy milk there are other alternatives such as rice milk, oat milk, hemp milk, almond milk, etc!.

I don't see how it would be bad for you except in large quantities!. You would really have to do it to extreme!. So don't overdo it!. The health benefits for men would not be as good as the ones for women, but the benefits are still there!. My guideline is moderation in everything!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Soya proteins contain isoflavones that can mimic a weak oestrogen effect!. It's not the same as the oestrogen the body makes - it is 1,000 times weaker than the body's oestrogen, so unlikely to have any effect!.

I find it interesting that the proponents of soy diminish the estrogen mimicking compounds as "minimal" or "insignificant" and at the same time warn you of the hormones used in regular cow's milk production which are equally, if not more, minimal and insignificant (and in reality, not present at all!.)
