Answers:
no reason to go vegan!.!. just eat more fresh fruits and veggies!.!.

besides, there are fat vegans and processed vegan foods which are utter garbage!. seems very few stick with a restrictive vegan diet of basic veggies and fruits!. (no, there are FAT vegans, trust me, it's rather funny) BUT!.!.!.

but a pure vegan or vegetarian based diet is rather healthy, only because they're getting the daily required amount of vitamins and minerals, or more than required!.

why!?

here's the nutritional facts in general about the items in question!.

http://www!.healthalternatives2000!.com/mi!.!.!.

there's a reason why in any diet you must eat your fresh produce!.!.!.!. it's because veggies and fruits (in general) contain higher amounts of vitamins and minerals!.

also, try to stay away from processed garbage, that's mostly empty calories!.

i don't push my vegetarianism, most couldn't handle it anyways!. i've always had a restrictive veggie diet, i'm happy with it!. most would not be happy and it seems most rather eat junk anyways, though i do try to make my family and friends least eat their required veggies and fruits (fresh, not that canned b!.s!. or frozen) daily!.

it's tough to get folks to eat right, let alone get them to eat like a veggiehead!.

and for the meatatarians, eat more fresh fruits and veggies!.!. try to stay the hell away from processed foods including dairy also!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. if you're going to eat meat, get straight from the butcher, not that frozen, canned, boxed or other heavily processed meats which are basically chemicals for shelf life as with the processed fruits and veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree!. Just make sure you tell that to all the meat-eaters too!. They're experts and spouting off random BS without providing any sources!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
