Question: Recipe to use smoked tempeh in please!?
It's the fakin' bacon kind!. I've never used tempeh before, so how can I make it delicious!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I would fry it in a frying pan and make a vegan BLT!. Just salt it a bit, put it on a bun with lettuce and tomato, and you're good to go!. I like BBQ sauce on the fakin' bacon stuff too!.

I think it's made for frying, but you can try to pan-bake it, just lightly oil a pan and bake it at 400 F (maybe even higher) until it gets nice and crunchy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can take a tablespoon of grape-seed or olive oil and heat it to saute temperature, add some scallions or sliced pearl onions, some long french green beans , cherry sized tomatoes, zucchini slices, and 1/2 tsp of cooking wine ( vermouth) !. Just saute them all together along with your fakin-bacon!. It makes a good meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
