How much will the veggies cost you each day!? That is the question!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would say that if you're going to try something like the raw food diet, getting a juicer would be a great investment!. I was going to take the 100 day raw food challenge, but I don't have enough money to get a juicer right now, so I just didn't take the challenge!. It wasn't worth taking if I could only drink water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I haven't looked at that particular juicer since I already have one!. But if it looks good and it makes a decent juice from fresh vegetables - I say go for it!. Seems more than a tad expensive - I know that I got mine MUCH cheaper - but then it was a several years ago too!.

I agree!. There is nothing better than fresh carrot juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't have one, but I saw the infomercial!.

I just want to ask you something!.!.!.
How often do you plan on using it!?

Most people buy it and use it like crazy for the first week or two!. Then when time passes, it starts to collect dust!.

But I like how you can put an whole apple inside it without having to slice!. I the morning, I'm always in a rush, so I guess it could prove to be beneficial!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!. Best invest in a Vita-Mix!. It's pricey, but worth it!. A juicer takes away all of the fiber, but a Vita-Mix keeps all of the fruit and vegetable fiber and breaks them down to a highly digestable form!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I luv my LaLanne Power Juicer!. I got mine at Target for $99!. It's in white not the new Stainless steel & it does not have the new turn off spout!. If you buy on line see if the S&H makes up the difference in price!.
I had it over a year & it is a great work horse!.
Fresh RAW Carrot juice is 100 times better than the over processed stuff you can buy in a bottle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, I wondered about the Jack Lalanne juicer too!. He does have a good name and the juicer looks to be very sturdy, quick, and quiet!.

However, I do know the Vitamix has a long-time good reputation and is sturdy, very powerful, and long lasting plus you can do more than juicing including making nut butters, making non-dairy milks, grinding your own grains, and more (apparently even ice creams):

I'd urge you to look into and reconsider Gatorade too!. It's basically flavored sugar (high-fructose corn syrup) water with a few other ingredients:

====
The original Gatorade contained water, sucrose (table sugar) and glucose-fructose syrups, citric acid, Fish oil, sodium chloride (table salt), sodium citrate, monopotassium phosphate, and flavoring/coloring ingredients!. Some Gatorade flavorings use brominated vegetable oil as a stabilizer!.

Can you put meat into the juicer!? No, you can't!.!. so it's pretty much logically useless
