I am a picky eater, and need to eat right. Any suggestions?!
I don't eat a lot of things but I am willing to try some! I have been gaining weight like crazy and I think it's because of the food I am eating!. I have already established an exercise routine I just need to learn how to eat right!Www@FoodAQ@Com

you dont have to eat extreme things to lose weight!. but eat healthy stuff like bananas and strawberries (healthy fruit)!. maybe healthy sandwiches with fresh ingredients!. dont eat any fast food like mcdonalds!. blahh~ its great that you started an exercise routine!. good luck! Www@FoodAQ@Com
Try eating more fruits and vegetables like apples,oranges and carrots!. You can add sauces to make these foods more interesting or more appealing!. Eating a variety of foods will help you lose weight and I have a healthier lifestyle!. Go to diffirent sites for Healthy recipes instead of eating a lot of junk food and try to avoid sugary drinks like pop and juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well what foods are you picky on!? You can make burritos with beans and sauteed vegetables and quinoa!. BBQ seiten with vegan mac and cheese and mashed potatoes!. Vegan pizza with vegetables!. Lentil soup with spinach and broccoli!. Pasta with vegetables and sauce!. Couscous or quinoa with beans (such as black or kidney)!. You Tempeh and stir fry it with vegetables!.
