Question: Tomorrow I'll have been a vegetarian for 1 year, how should I celebrate!?
I can't wait until tomorrow! Please, help me figure out what to do!. I'm out of the house from 9am to around 4:30pm and have to walk my dog and feed my aquatic turtle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Maybe make a nice vegetarian meal for yourself along with a tasty dessert!. Or you could simply go out and treat yourself to somewhere nice!. Another nice thing you could do would be to go to your local animal shelter and volunteer there for a few hours!. What's with all the "eat steak" comments!?
Anyhoo, try something new and different!. Like a vegetarian version of some international dish that you've never tried before!. Or go to the best vegetarian restaurant you can find!.
It's almost my "one year vegetarian" milestone!. I wanted to buy a pig, but that doesn't appear to be possible!. I'm going to make a vegan cake!.

You should consider making a really good cake!. Like a mocha cake with chocolate chips, or a cookies 'n' cream cake or a marble cake!. Maybe using one of those weird cake moulds!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

here's some ideas:

-cook your favorite veg meal and share it with someone special
-plant an indoor herb garden to commemorate your accomplishment
-get yourself a fun pro-veg t-shirt (try www!.herbivoreclothing!.com)
-buy yourself an expensive veg treat (like vegan marshmallows)
-get a tattoo (if you're into that)!.!.!.!.i'm thinking of getting a pretty leaf
-go see a movie or rent one that stars a vegetarian actor or actress
-get a new vegetarian cookbook for some fresh ideas
