Good vegetarian meals!
i wanted to know some low fat vegetarian recipes that you might like to share!? im thinking about going vegetarian to get more healthier!. im not fat, i just dont feel healthy!. so i have no clue about "counting calories" or carbs or whatever that stuff is, i just want some low fat recipes you might know! : -) thanks in advanceWww@FoodAQ@Com

Pasta made without meat
Grilled Cheese sandwich
Mac and cheese you can buy it frozen and pop in the microwave!.
fried egg sandwich
peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Different types of beans
Boca Burgers, Smart Dogs, Boca Sausage, Boca Chick'n patty - these are all fake meats you can buy in the grochery store!.
They have veggie cookbooks just for children and teens you may want to check your local book store!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just remember that you will have to replace the meat with something, since meat has protein in it!. Eat a lot of different kinds of fruits, vegetables, nuts etc!. so you can stay healthy! As long as you do that, you'll be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
