What else should i have to eat?!
my motabolism is crazy !!!for 3days i pigged out!!! i was 112!then after eating so much i become 121lbs!!!so yesterday i have 2whole wheat english muffin sandwhiches with ham and fat free cheese!. so i had about 400 calories and 1!.5g fat yesterday, this morning i had just a whole whole wheat english muffin plain which is 110 calories and 0!.5g fat!.what else should i have today!? i want to get back to 114 and be normal again asap! how long will it take!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

are you checking your weight at the same time of day & on an empty stomach each time (when you 1st wake up is best to get most accurate weight)
let the weight loss be gradual to return to normal weight!. If you do it too fast (more than 2 Lbs/week) you will only being losing water weight, which will come right back!.
also no one should eat less than 1200 calories/day!. That's how much your body needs to perform its natural functions!. and if you try to reduce your calories too much, you run the risk of having more cravings and are liking to "pig out" again!.

that's terribly unhealthy!. you still need to eat enough calories to keep your body functioning!. otherwise your body will just go into "starvation mode" and your metabolism will slow down as it holds on to every calorie and gram of fat for dear life!.!.!.!. so you over ate!.!.!. move on!.!.!. do some exercise and eat healthy from now on!.!.!. your a human, it happens!.!.!. making yourself sick and starving yourself is not the way to go!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
