Vegan for past 5 years, just started to eat chicken again. Headache?!

Question: Vegan for past 5 years, just started to eat chicken again!. Headache!?
So yeah, I havent eaten any meat for the past 5 years or so!.!.!.crazy I know!. Recently Ive been eating chicken again!. (chicken breast) Not really a whole lot, but the past 3 days straight Ive had some!.
I have a horrible headache today, and feel weird!. I cant remember the last time ive had a headache!. I feel kind of like I have this NEED for sugar!. (I actually just got back from the store to get fruit!. its 9:30 pm)
And Ive already had some earlier! I had a coffee a few hours ago, but thats nothing different!.
WHAT IS GOING ON!
Do you think my body is reacting to the meat since I havent had it in soooooo long!? Please somebody with a real answer!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Since your body isn't used to eating meat(and other animal products) it is having difficulty breaking down the complex animal proteins!. You probably know this already, but it is fairly common for people to become lactose intolerant after becoming vegan!. Their bodies basically lose the ability to break the food down from lack of use!. Hope that helpedWww@FoodAQ@Com

So, apparently you aren't a vegan anymore!. I can't believe that you would go back to eating meat after all this time!. You have a headache because you haven't eaten meat in so long and your body isn't used to it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I doubt if the chicken is causing any problems!. If your
sugar level is low the quickest fix is to eat a tablespoon of peanut butter!.!.!.if you are not allergic to peanuts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If I had to guess I'd say it was the sudden reintroduction of complex proteins to your system!. Try just eating tiny bits and add a little every couple of days!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That sucks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

maybe because you were so used to not having meat in your diet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

So yeah!. No!. What in chicken breast could possibly cause that!? If you have this NEED for sugar, that's where the problem lies!. Get it checked out!.

EDIT: I don't mean to be a jerk but in no uncertain terms, you need to see a dietitian (and perhaps a psychiatrist) and have them map out a diet for you and you MUST stick to it!. I've read several of your questions, especially the one near the beginning where you admit you have a problem!. There's no embarrassment in getting help when you have a serious problem, even if your family situation is far from ideal!. Please help yourself cause you might be the only one who can do it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
