Apple sauce, bananas, canned pumpkin, any pureed fruit!. When my husband makes the Hogston Mills whole wheat pancakes, he usually uses at least one of those ingredients!. also, do a search for "vegan egg substitutes" and you should get some good results!.

Apple sauce also works as a great oil substitute, too!. I have used it not necessarily to make the cake fat free, but because the oil we did have was out of date!. It seems to make the cake more moist too!. (I make the Absurdly Easy Chocolate Cake from Veggie Boards!. I use about ten tablespoons of cocoa and whole wheat flour and the apple sauce!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your local Kroger's has "Ener-G Egg Replacer" - mine does!. Should be in the "Health Foods" section of the store!. Just follow the directions on the box and you should have no problems at all!.

I've seen vegan recipes which call for ground flaxseed instead of egg,, like tablespoon ground flaxseed plus 3 tablespoons water to substitute!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
