If they are fresh then I cut of the excess stem (bottom) part!. I either steam or boil them and eat them with butter!.!.!.I also like them mashed!. Really good roasted too!. Toss with olive oil and garlic salt and roast in the oven!. Yummy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

nope! just melt butter on it and put some salt on it and eat the whole thing!. its really tasty!. sometimes you might get a really nasty tasting one and other times you will get a good one!.

I cut any protruding stem even with the rest of the brussel sprout and steam them !.!.!. then eat the whole thingWww@FoodAQ@Com
