Tofu has very high water content!. The tofu will not defrost the same was it went in due to water expansion!.

Like others have said, you can freeze tofu, but it will have a different taste and texture!. I'd suggest you freeze a small amount to see if you like it or not!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
