Gummy Bears
Ingredients
* 3 packages (packages that come in a box each package represents about 3/4 tablespoon) vegan unflavored gelatin (agar-agar, or guar, or xanthan)
* 2 tablespoons flavored vegan Jello gelatin (Mix together in a saucepan and stir to disssolve flakes: 1 quart fruit juice or 2 tablespoons of fruit flavoring powder, 4-5 tablespoons agar-agar flakes or 4 teaspoon agar-agar powder, 1 pinch sea salt)
* 1 tablespoon Kool-Aid (flavor to match vegan Jello mix)
* 1/2 cup ice water
* Candy molds
Steps
1!. Slowly add gelatin, Kool-Aid, and vegan Jello in 1/2 of a cup of water!.
2!. Mix well in a bowl, not too fast but not too slow!.
3!. Allow to stand until mixture looks slushy or liquidy!.
4!. Microwave the mixture on high for 1 minute and 15 seconds (or just until the top of the mixture bubbles or foams)!.
5!. Carefully fill candy molds with an eye dropper with the now liquidy mixture!.
6!. Put the molds in a freezer for 10 minutes!.
7!. Remove from freezer, and remove the candy from the candy molds!.
8!. Store them in airtight containers or Ziplock bag!.
Tips
* This recipe makes enough to fill 2 and 1/2 molds that make 16-candies per mold!.
* These timings may be a little off, so pay close attention to what you are doing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

gelatin is what makes gummy!.!.well, gummy!.
so i doubt you will find anything!.
you should probably look for a gelatin subsitute!.
check vegweb!.com and search it!.
