Yes, actually it is good!. I recently tried it for the first time in of all places an airplane!. I was on a flight home from the Dominican Republic on a USA3000 airplane and they had a box of snacks for sale ($7!.00)!. One of the items was sunflower seed butter!. It was served with some organic wheat crakers and was very tasty!. I think if you like sunflower seeds you will like the butter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
