Question: Are Carrots Really Really Good for you!?
I know they are good for skin pigment and eye vision!.!.!.!.
I've been drinking alot of carrot juice (hopefully I wont turn into a ware-rabbit!.) But yeah!.!.!.!. Im hoping it will really really help my body and loose weight as well!.!.!.!. for Every 26 oz juice has More than your daily necessary need!.

I've been drinking it everyday, and am hoping for results!? Or should I stop wasting my time!?
Any other Vegetable youd reccomend as well!? Not to juice, but juzt to eat alot of!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Anything in moderation is good!. Carrots are very good for your eyes!. Your right!. Eat a variety of different colored veges!. Do not concentrate your diet on one particular vegetable or fruit!. Remember, you are what you eat!. And Live Life!

Exercise is your best option for losing weight, not an overly restrictive fad diet!. Overconsumption of carrots can possibly change the color of your skin!.

However the diets that have been proven to be fast and effective are the low carb diets like the Atkins diet!.

You're wasting your time actually!. Scientists has proved that if you drink or eat something NON-STOP and everyday, your skin will change colors!. Imagine you find yourself ORANGE!!!!
Moving on, exercise is the best way to lose weight because you are NOT going to lose wait just by drinking some juice
