What are some fruits and vegetables that contain a surplus of Vitamin D?!
I've been trying to get my health back on track, and also trying to make sure that I get taller by eating more vegetables, fruit, and drinking milk!. So, that's pretty much it!. Oh yeah, could you put it in list form please!? Thanks!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin and so is far easier to get from animal products!. It is also added to milk!. And of course you can get it (unfortunately in unpredictable amounts) by exposing your skin to the sun!.

If I see orange juice with added Vitamin D, it makes me think the D probably came from an animal source!.
