Answers:
My favorite is Inari!. It's rice that's somewhat sweet stuffed into deep fried tofu pouches!.Sounds simple but it's really good!. And you can also get rolls with cucumber, avocado, carrots, asparagus, etc!.

I lived in Japan at one time!.
Nearly their whole diet is vegetarian, so!.!.!. yeah, pretty much all Japanese food is vegetarian!.
Any Japanese meal that has mayo or whatever added!.!.!. not Japanese!.
And traditionally, they would eat some fish and bird meat or whatever, but mainly vegetarian foods!. I'm vegan and had no problem eating anywhere in Japan!. Over here in North America, Japanese food is not Japanese food -- it's like fake Japanese food!. Not the same thing at all!. Same goes for Chinese, and every other ethnic food around here!. We don't even have the same fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients they use, so it's just not possible!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Miso soup, edamame with low sodium soy sauce, Inari, cucumber rolls and avocado rolls (with soy paper -- I hate seaweed)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
