There are actually a few companies out there who produce vegan marshmallows!. I know that Glenny's (www!.glennys!.com) and Sweet & Sara (www!.sweetandsara!.com) do!. There's also Ricemellow Marshmallow Creme (www!.suzannes-specialties!.com), which comes in these fairly large tubs and is pretty good!.
These products are usually available online from the manufacturers or from vegan online retailers like Vegan Essentials and Pangea, but I've even seen them in some of the smaller, independent health foods stores in my area!.
