Yes, definitely!. It's a big part of the religion!. Ghandi was a vegan, as well!.

I'm sure a lot of Hindus would go vegan if they knew what happened in the dairy industry!. I think a lot of them in India just can't imagine how an Indian person could treat a cow so badly!. They're not sacred Mothers to the farmers, they see them as objects!.!.!.

For this reason and others, I'm hoping to go to India for a month to help start an animal sanctuary and teach people about veganism, in view of moving to live there indefinitely!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
