the hormones in chicken arent good for you at all and people who eat chicken are more likely to get the flu
there is alot of abuse in the meat industery towards animals so alot of the meat you eat has been abused

You feel a lot healthier- not heavy after you eat!.
If you eat the correct foods- for example, more veggies and fruits versus breads and fats, you can lose weight!.
also, there are many vegetarian cookbooks out there that have very yummy recipes for dishes!. And, you won't feel guilty for eating afterwords :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
