I love vegetables Cantonese style, with a light sauce and every Chinese vegetable!. I have some vegetable soup, and a spring roll!. Egg rolls have meat, spring rolls don't!. My restaurant also serves it spicy, or with tofu!.Then there's vegetable chow mien and chop suey and I believe some of the noodle dishes are vegetarian!. I'm vegan, but if you're vegetarian, you can get egg foo young with sauce on the side!.

Ah, live a little!. Just don't get anything deep fried!. Steamed tofu is kind of bland and doesn't have a very good texture!.
