well, i became a vegetarian, like, 2 weeks ago (not vegan) so, here are some things that give you protein!. If you still eat fish then that has protein, peanuts, tofu is a great source, all nuts actually, milk or soy!. You can look on the back of the food where it sais the calories and it tells you the amount of protein it has!. Try counting how much you get for two or three days to get an idea!. You should deffinately take supplements too though, especially for iron and vitamin b12!. Sorry, thats all i know of, Good Luck!

It depends on what kind of vegetarian you are!. Some vegetarians don't eat dairy and some do!. If you do, you can eat lowfat cheese, eggs, drink milk, yogurt, etc!. Dairy is a good source of protein!.
If you do not eat dairy, nuts, peanut butter/almond butter, soybeans, soy milk, whole grains in bread and pasta, beans, tofu, brown rice!.!.!. and if that doesn't help, you can always resort to nasty protein bars!Www@FoodAQ@Com
