Once I decided to become a raw vegan I lost 20lbs in a month I think!. I was scarred at first but then I realized all those greens I was making me go a LOT, which turned out to be good for me!. Plus that was the cheap way to detox now that I realized it!. Then I did some research and I did a good thing for me, but after that I had to buy some recipe books and start eating right, plus green juices helped with all the nutrition and of course exercise!. So after all that I did gain weight, I got rid of all those bad toxins and never looked back!. A great website www!.thegardendiet!.comWww@FoodAQ@Com
You are not eating enough to function!. Lying down all day doing nothing burns 1200 calories a day!.
The recommended daily intake for a girl your age is around 2000+ calories a day
If you are really eating only 600 calories a day, you are damaging your body and storing up trouble for the future!. Your body will respond as to famine, by shedding lean muscle and conserving its fat stores!.
It sounds as if you became vegan in order to lose weight - some of your other questions and answers seem to confirm this!. That is not a good reason to go vegan; veganism is not a weight loss regime and losing weight is not an automatic consequence of going vegan!. Either that or you have just left out non-vegan foods and not replaced them with vegan substitutes!.
Yes you have lost too much too fast for someone who was not actually overweight in the first place!.
I can't help feeling, after reading your other posts, that you are seeking approval here - admiration for your self-control and weight loss, which other posts claim was intentional!. I hope nobody gives it to you - you are starving your self and harming your growing body

Honey, you need to eat three times the calories you are now consuming!. If anything, you are verging on the underweight!. Sixteen pounds in two months is a little too much; you should shoot for losing roughly a pound a week!.
I don't remember how much weight I lost when I first went vegan!. I do know I cut a lot of crap out of my diet--I rarely drink soda, and when I do, it's natural sodas that are carbonated fruit juice or cane sweetened--and my clothes were fitting more loosely!. Of course, now that I've discovered all sorts of yummy foods, I've put a bit of weight back on!.
If you have a serious appetite problem, you should maybe have your parents take you to the doctor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are honestly taking in only 600 calories a day, you are not vegan, you are anorexic!. That is well into starvation territory and you are doing your body permanent, perhaps fatal, damage!. You need to talk to your parents or a trusted adult about getting help immediately!.
Veganism is NOT a weight loss plan!. Most of us consume roughly the same number of calories as we did prior to veganism and do not necessarily lose weight automatically!. But most of us came to veganism as an ethical decision, not as a way of avoiding food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

600 calories sounds too low, even for someone on the short side!. :-)
Being vegan doesn't mean giving up eating! You can still eat yummy food which is dense in energy and nutrition so you don't have to eat too much if you're not hungry!. Try eating more nuts and seeds (like LSA - linseed, sunflower almond mix), and flaxseed oil so you get things like essential omega 3 acids, and a good balance of fruit and veg (bananas, oranges, apples, and vegies of all different colours are important) as well as pulses (lentils, beans etc!.) for protein so your muscles grow!. It's important you do this as a teenager as your body is still growing!
This site should give you an idea of your ideal calorie intake, so you can adjust your diet accordingly:

i lost about five pounds, im 5'5 115, but i also started getting in shape for cross country then, i eat about 1200-1500 to maintain my weight and make sure i have energy, i honestly think you should be eating more than that but if you don't feel tired and weak maybe you are just a light eater, or if you are eating mainly veggies and fruits!. just make sure your getting all your nutrients in!.
