Help with a balanced vegetarian diet??!

Question: Help with a balanced vegetarian diet!?!?
I am 15 years old, and am on my schools cross country and track team, and go horseback riding about 3 times a week!. My problem is that I find it difficult to maintain a balanced diet, especially since i am always so active!. Breakfast and lunch are the most difficult meals for me to plan!. I just don't feel like I am getting enough nutrients!. I'm lacto-ovo so I eat dairy products and eggs!. Can anyone suggest any meal ideas, or items to get when I go grocery shopping next!?!? Thanks for the help in advance!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
