What t do with the rest of this Tofu?!
OK, so i bought one of those 420 g (i think) packages of Firm Tofu and i used 1/3 of it to make Stir-Fu (i got bored whil cooking it so i decided to call it stir-fu like stir-fry but with tofu =P) and i waswondering if anyone had any simple or simplish recipes i could use this tofu for!? something that doesnt require that many ingredients!.!.!. if you cant think of anything, can i freeze it!? how do i pack it, liquid or not, how long in freezer, how to thaw etc!? =] thansk in advanced! im new at this and im just trying this whole vegatarian thing out, and im going to allow myself to eat Dairy and Eggs, so thatmay broaden your recipes a bit=] TY!! =]Www@FoodAQ@Com

Easiest recipe ever:
Just slice it thin and put some soy sauce on it!. Then fry in some olive oil it till it's crispy!. Then put it on sandwiches, like "bacon"!. It's awesome and super easy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
