I think as a restaurant, it would be really limiting!. I wouldn't want to sit down to a menu comprised of nothing but fruit!. However, if it's in a sunny, hot climate, then a take-out place that specialized in fruit salads, cold fruit soups, or fruit smoothies would be a good idea!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
