I'm very glad to hear you've turned vegan, thank you for caring about the animals!
All animals, whether they be caged, 'free-range' or 'organic' are all exploited and suffer!. They all meet a premature death, and that should be enough to turn anyone away from eating them and their produce, but far worse than that even happens in 'humane' farming!. So I'm really glad you've decided to go vegan and reject this slavery altogether!.
You'll be pleased to hear that there are sorts of cakes, biscuits, chocolates, ice-creams etc!. that are vegan friendly!. There are ice-creams, deserts and all sorts made from soya milk, rice milk etc!. and there are a growing number of brands selling vegan friendly treats!. You could always make them yourself! It's pretty easy to replace eggs in cooking, too, if the taste suits, you can use 1 mashed banana to replace every 1 egg!. There's plenty more information about this on the Internet, it shouldn't be too hard to find!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hello,
Good question!. I can definately understand wanting to have something sweet now and then!. It is definately a great part of enjoying life and the good things!. I can answer your question and have many examples of what i eat as a vegan but in order to do that, I need to ask you a question!. What do you consider sweets now that you feel you have to give up on this new diet!?
If you are thinking about chocolate and ice cream for example, I would then ask if you know about what these are made of!. They are sweetened with man made chemical substances (refined sugar, lactose, ect!.) that are designed to make you addicted to the substances!. This is why you have cravings
In a healthy diet (which should be one of the reasons that you are becoming vegan) all CRAVINGS should be looked at!. It is unhealthy to crave anything!.!. craving means that you don't have control of your body and what you eat!. But you can be !.!. and by switching to foods that are natural, raw and organic you will easily rid yourself of the cravings!.
I have many recipes on my hub (type of website/blog) including smoothies, raw pies, even healthy fudge!. Have a look or contact me for any info!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you love chocolate, many health-food or "higher-end" grocery stores carry organic dark-chocolate bars that contain no animal products or "un-natural" sweeteners!. Dried fruits are always yummy and super-sweet!. Here is a Portland, Oregon based vegan store where EVERYTHING they sell is animal-free and delicious!.
